Chris Arnold is the Founder, President and CEO of CA Partners, a recruitment solutions leader within the medical device, nutraceutical, and biotechnology industries.
Since establishing the office in 1995, he has helped a wide variety of companies from entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500 corporations in identifying challenges, developing solutions and recruiting top talent to better position his clients for rapid growth. His client list includes Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble, Kraft, Boston Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Baxter, Stryker, Alcon, CR Bard, Terumo and Beckman Coulter amongst many others. Specific positions that he has identified top talent for includes a National Sales Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, New Product Development Manager, Director of Marketing and Operations Manager within the last year.
Chris’ recruiting background is supported by his corporate foundation which included 23 years as the Director of New Product Development for Rubbermaid, the Director of Marketing for Syracuse China and various sales management positions with Johnson Wax.
He has served on the boards of the National Restaurant Association, the Hotel / Motel and Restaurant Association as well as advisory committees for the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association. On a local basis, he continues to stay involved with various charities including Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of Monroe County and Northville Rotary.

Account Executive

Dave Dismondy specializes in recruiting and networking with mid to senior level management in the medical device industry. He graduated from Michigan State University in 2001 with a degree in finance, carrying a 3.8 GPA. Dave’s work experience includes corporate finance at Intel, the world’s largest semiconductor company, where he implemented cost reduction projects at thirteen manufacturing facilities around the world. In addition to his experience with Intel, Dave is a co-owner of two small businesses in metropolitan Detroit. Dave’s experience running these businesses, one in industrial equipment supply and repair and the other in real estate finance and investment, has enabled him to develop strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
Dave believes everyone should be passionate about their career; it’s this philosophy that inspires him each day when working with his clients and candidates. Carrie is a highly skilled, disciplined and articulate honors history graduate with essential skills in business operations who has a fluent elementary understanding of Mandarin Chinese. She was selected last summer by Tsinghua University, China’s leading university, to help Chinese students and educators develop a stronger grasp on the English language. Along with her strong background in historical research; she has extensive experience with business operations, office management and administrative skills in a fast paced environment. Here she has lead recruitment, database development, and new office equipment purchasing which helped double business and increase profits in 2 years.
